Monday to Friday 10 AM to 9 PM
Saturday 9:30 AM to 6 PM
Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM

Merchandising

  • You are extremely attentive to detail and have a distaste for things out of place
    You are extremely attentive to detail and have a distaste for things out of place
    You love merchandising and ensure proper displays at all times
    You assist in product presentation is maintained to company standards at all times.
    You are responsible for the implementation of visual and merchandising directives
    You recognize that receiving is a task to be done efficiently and as soon as merchandise is shipped
    You understand the importance of proper paper trails for all aspects of the store: shipping, receiving, invoicing, order taking, etc.
    You posses excellent communication skills
    You have confidence to communicate effectively with a team
    You have strong analytical skills to report and discuss store numbers
    You are willing to learn

Store Maintenance

  • You maintain an immaculately clean and well-maintained sales floor and stock room.
    You utilize, develop and revise maintenance checklists regularly to ensure consistency of the store's cleanliness - in conjunction with head office.

Inventory Management & Loss Prevention

  • You regularly utilize store inventory audits to ensure consistent inventory control.
    You are responsible for regular inventory checks and counts
    You coorindate receiving and shipping back of RMA merchandise to Head Office
    You communicate with warehouse on inventory that needs to be replenished

Customer Service

  • You assist in communicating the vision and targets to the staff
    You assist in tracking quantifiable goals and suggest ways to achieve and surpass those goals
    You are available to respond to customer needs, suggestions and complaints
    You adhere to store values, policies, procedures and standards of business conduct

Operations

  • Store safety and product protection is a priority.
    Assist in the supervision and enforcement of company cash handling, loss prevention, store funds, and deposit procedures.
    You assist with administrative responsibilities
    You identify and discuss operational issues/concerns with regional manager.
    You perform other duties as directed by the head office.
    You assist with store openings and closings
    Back up the manager in duties as required

Experience

  • 2-5 years experience in retail sales.
    Experience in store administration a plus
