If there is one located near your home or office you can drop in and pick up your purchase. We will select the store location based on your address you gave us during check out. If you’d like a different location, you can either add a comment/feedback during the check out process or email us at [email protected] and state your WEB#. 

 

In-Store Pick Up Details

Orders shipped to store will be available for pick-up between 2-4 business days of receiving an order. Once ready for pick-up, you will be contacted via phone or email to let you know. If the warehouse is out of stock at the time of order, your turnaround time will need to be extended. Before you buy, the shipping turnaround time is stated on the website under your desired product.

To pick-up the order at the store you will need to present the following:

  • A printed copy of the original confirmation e-mail detailing your purchase. 
  • A valid Photo ID of the selected person for pick up.
  • A valid credit card used to make the purchase. We will verify the last 4 digits match the purchase method.

 

SHIPPING TO YOUR HOME*

If you are not located near a store, you have the option of shipping everything on our website directly to your residence. See shipment terms below:

  • FREE Fedex Ground Shipping (on orders over $100*) 
  • Standard Shipping (on orders under $100) - $9.99 -$14.99 (will calculate on check out)

We delivery to most urban areas of Canada within 2-6 business days for free on orders over $100 before tax.

We do not ship to the province of Quebec at this time.

 

Direct Signature will be required for all purchases made from our website. This is mandatory to ensure the product gets to you. If you cannot be available Monday to Friday 9-5PM local time, your delivery may be returned to us after 3 attempts are made by Fedex. 

Tracking information will be available and sent to you via email once the item has been allocated and the Fedex Label has been created. Please allow 24 hours for the label to update on Fedex website and show information on estimated delivery date.

Shipping is arranged once payment has been cleared and no need for review is present. Your order will ship within 1-2 business days, and ETA will post on the Fedex website.

 

Payment Info

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, American Express.

It will take 1 business day to post the payment of your order. We do not process payments on weekends. If you place an order on the weekend, payments will post on the next business day.

Once payment has posted, we then arrange shipping.
